Headband Wig Human Hair | Strawberry Red

Our human hair headband wig in strawberry red is available in a 12"/14" inch length. This patent-pending headband wig is as comfortable as your favorite athletic leggings! Our headband wigs is double-lined, seamless, cooling, and flexible offering women unparalleled comfort and breathability. It's available in two sizes with a hand-tied cap that is made with Remy human hair. The 2.5” tapered No-Slip base headband perfectly hugs your head, keeping the wig firmly in place all day.

Can I change the base headband color? No, the 2.5” tapered no-slip base headband is attached to the wig. Although our base headband looks like a regular headband, there is more going on.

ENCELIA® has incorporated a special design element, which prevents our headband from over stretching. It is still flexible but restricted so it perfectly hugs your head without the need for any wig grips, tape or adhesive.

What color is the base headband? It is a mix of dark grey and black. The ribbed texture creates an bit of an optical illusion, which softens the transition from skin to hair.

How wide is the base headband? 2.5" inches in the front and then tapered to 1/2" in the back.

Can I wear other headbands on top? Yes, unlike other headband wigs, our transition from the "base" headband to the hair is completely flat and seamless so when you put headbands on top it doesn't look bulky! You can wear any headband on top. Additionally, the base headband is flexible so you can easily make it smaller and place thinner headbands or scarfs on top.

Can I order other headbands to wear on top? ENCELIA® sends you two complimentary headbands that you can easily put on top to change the look!

Specifications

Hair Length:

12"/14" overall length, meaning each strand is 12" so the top of the wig is 12", the middle and the back is 14" from top to tip. Double drawn method so the top is as thick as the top.

Human Hair Quality:

Premium (high-grade) Remy human hair. Our Remy human hair wigs air-dry smooth and straight so you literally just have to wash the hair, apply some oil to the ends, and go!
We carefully hand-select medium denier human hair, which means each hair strand is not too thin or too thick. We find that medium-denier human hair is lightweight, so it will give you the fluidity and movement that you desire, but it is strong, so the ends won’t split or break throughout the wig's lifespan.

Don't worry we understand how confusing it can be to understand the difference between hair types so here is a quick easy break down.

Our Remy human hair has the cuticles intact, aligned and the diameter of each strand is medium so the hair is not too thick or too fine. When the cuticle is preserved, the hair maintains its natural movement, fluidity, and silky texture. Average lifespan is 1.5 years to two years.
Our luxury synthetic hair is an exact replica of European Human Hair, which is the finest most sought-after hair in the world! Average lifespan 1 year to 1.5 years. You are getting the best of both worlds!
Our heat-friendly synthetic hair is a step up from a traditional synthetic wig because it is less shiny, tangles less, and heat tools can be used to easily change the style. The average lifespan is 6-8 months.
Traditional synthetic hair, which Encelia does not sell, has a high shiny factory, tangles easily with heat or movement and the style can not be changed, which is why we don't offer it to our customers.

Great question! Although base headband just looks like any old headband, there is more going on.

We have incorporated a special element along the perimeter, which prevents the base headband from over stretching. It is still flexible but restricted; perfectly hugs your head without the need for any wig grips, tape or adhesive.
