QUALITY GUARANTEE

Like all manufacturing, we understand that unforeseen events can happen during the manufacturing process. Please know that you will not be stuck with a "bad wig."  If you have any issues with your Encelia wig like excessive matting, tangling, or issues with the cap, we want to know about it, please reach out to us at help@enceliahair.com. We take this matter very serious, after we review your wig and case, we will either:

1. Send you a new piece
2. Reimburse you
3. Repair your piece

That said, please understand that Encelia cannot be responsible or guarantee the longevity of the piece - improper care or damage caused from hot tools, harsh chemicals, hair cuts, improper salon treatments can cause breakage, build-up and tangles. With the proper care, on average, your Encelia wig should last:

• Human hair wig: 18 to 24 months
• Luxury synthetic wig: 12 to 18 months
• Heat resistant synthetic wig: 6 to 8 months
